I'm so sick of writing the frigging book I could kill someone, so I've decided to go back to the beginning and start editing.

So I have an editing wall.





This is my editing wall. It's color-coded, because I love post-its.

Pink = scenes I have written
Green = What day is is in the book (this goes from 4 months ago to 3 months ago, to -1, 0, 1, 2, 3 because I fail at actual dates)
Blue = revisions I need to make
Yellow = scenes I need to add

The little cluster down in the corner is the trash. IL the trash. It's a good place. It means I don't have to do anything with those scenes beyond hit the delete key a lot.



Have a close-up of the stunning detail I go into. You guys, this entire wall is barely 30 scenes worth. It's something like 20 pages of actual writing, I think. I've not even done the bottom row completely. I think I want to shoot myself. D:


You guys, I had to tape the post-its to the wall because they wouldn't stick :( WHY ARE FAIL!POST-ITS???
